Davidstow Creamery produces award-winning local cheese that properly fills our products with Cornish heritage.
Davidstow Creamery has been providing the nation with quality westcountry cheese for half a century and – fortunately for us – they’re located less than 20 miles away! Among the tasty cheddars they produce is their own Davidstow Mature which has a specific flavour, different to any other British cheddar. We’ve been using this unique cheese for years and you can sample it in the Ginsters classic Cheese and Onion Pasty and Slice.
