We will campaign for the use of ‘segregated certified’ palm oil

We know the impact we can have on the environment and we are working to ensure we minimise any negative impacts by pledging to the use of ‘segregated certified’ palm oil in our savoury pastry products. 

The United Kingdom is working towards achieving 100% sourcing of credibly certified sustainable palm oil. As a UK based brand, we want to show our support in the Nationwide commitment to sustainable palm oil. 

We are proudly an active member of the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO), helping with their vision to “transform the markets by making sustainable palm oil the norm”.

• We only use ‘segregated certified’ palm oil that can be traced to the plantation.
• We demand all other makers of pastry products commit to using ‘segregated certified’ palm oil.
• We continually review our sourcing policy considering emerging environment concerns.
