Winning Gold in the 2019 British Pie Awards, and Taste of the West, this pasty is made up of a tasty mix of British roast chicken with potato, onion, chorizo, sweet potato, swede and piquantѐ peppers in a blend of Cornish Gouda and mature Cheddar cheese, hand crimped in a rough puff pastry.
