Our favourite Peppered Steak Slice is now available as a vegan option. We have paired with Quorn® once again on our latest launch, the Quorn® Peppered Steak Slice. It is made with tender Marinated Quorn®, onions and potatoes in a classic peppercorn sauce, made from a blend of peppercorns, a touch of garlic, coconut milk and Dijon mustard, all encased in a flaky puff pastry.
Moroccan Vegetable Pasty
Inspired by North African spices and developed with our award winning Cornish Head Chef Chris Eden, our Vegan Moroccan Vegetable pasty evokes the wonderful aromas of a Moroccan souk.
This pasty is filled with butternut squash, chickpeas, fruity apricots, dates and flavourful, roasted red piquanté peppers, smothered in a red Harissa and Moroccan Chermoula sauce.
